Shipping Information

We usually ship our items using a shipping company. We usually need 3-5 working days for shipping within Germany. In individual cases it may take 1-2 working days longer. You can check whether an item is available directly on the item page, where the exact shipping costs are also stated.

If you would like to find out about shipping costs abroad, you can do so easily by selecting the desired destination country on the product page. The delivery time for international shipping is approximately 3-12 working days.

Our shipping cost calculator contains the most common countries we deliver to. However, if you would like delivery to a country not listed there, please email us with the full delivery address. We will then immediately ask our carrier to determine the delivery costs and inform you accordingly.

Please note that delivery to a non-EU country may incur additional duties, taxes or fees that must be paid by the customer. However, these fees are not paid to us, but to the relevant customs or tax authorities of the respective country. We recommend our customers to check with customs or tax authorities before ordering.
